JRA's assignment can be a singular task, such as estimating or value engineering, or it can be as broad as managing the construction process from design through to the delivery of as-built drawings. JRA has performed as a prime contractor and a subcontractor, providing services to large national companies such as Gilbane, Inc. and smaller, local firms like the River Church Companies in JRA’s hometown of Philadelphia. As a WBE [Woman-Owned Business Enterprise] certified in Illinois, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia, JRA is able to help others meet required goals and carry its share of the workload for any project.
